Craig Stubbs works in a private practice out of Abundance Wellness
CenterMM19422 in Tallahassee, Florida. Craig’s focus is on treating
injury and illness, as well as providing relaxation to those who seek
his services. He believes that each person is a dynamic being with ever
changing needs. His approach is to stimulate the individual’s own
self-healing process. He believes that Self Awareness is the key to
stimulating self-healing. Craig has been licensed in massage therapy
since 1999. He has specialized in The Feldenkrais Method® of Somatic
Education, CranioSacral Therapy, TMJ therapy, medical massage, Reiki and
energy techniques. Craig has completed a four year program that has
certified him as a practitioner of the Feldenkrais Method®. He became
interested in the Feldenkrais® Method, CranioSacral Therapy and Reiki as
an alternative to the more traditional deeper modalities of massage
while working with people who suffered chronic pain and traumatic
injuries; those that could not tolerate deep pressure. He now teaches
Awareness Through Movement® classes and Functional Integration®lessons.
